The increasing incidents of atrocities against women are heart-wrenching. The recent events in Kolkata and Badlapur, Maharashtra, are nothing short of inhumane. Ghatkopar west Congress had organised a candle march to protest against these horrific incidents. During the event, I strongly demanded that the perpetrators of such heinous crimes be swiftly sentenced to death.
